Our minimum agreement is 3 months, which means we complete at least three sprints together. Each sprint includes a full bundle of delivered UGC ads, along with analysis and optimization based on the previous sprint’s performance. This structure is essential—without continuous iteration, the brand won’t be able to identify its strongest messages, angles, and audiences.

We are not an influencer platform. Most of our content creators focus on creating the most engaging content for you to run on paid ads or posting organically. We do offer creator whitelisting which is where creators post and allow you to put money behind the post, however, most creators have <10k followers.

You'll collaborate closely with a skilled creative strategist and paid media expert who will help you craft the most engaging and converting UGCs. Their expertise if important to optimize future content based on the learning we get from previous months. 

Yes, we offer Meta ads management exclusively for clients on the UGC Signature plan, as an additional service. This allows us to access performance data quickly, make faster iterations and optimizations, and increase the production of static ads when needed.
